Here are a few things that you'll be doing:
✅Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs (in person, by phone, and email)
✅Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through policy options
✅Support and service an existing book of business, including renewals and policy changes
✅ Proactively follow up on client files and outstanding items
✅Contribute to a team environment where communication, accountability, and client service are key
✅ Previous insurance or customer service experience is an asset
