We love double closing days! And this one was especially meaningful. ✨

Our client was facing a high-interest private second mortgage that was maturing with payments that were set to become unmanageable. Bankruptcy felt like a real possibility. A reverse mortgage changed everything.

By using the equity built up in the home over the years, we were able to pay out the predatory second mortgage completely and eliminate the financial pressure that had been building. No more looming deadlines, no more impossible payments. Just breathing room and a plan.
