Our littlest heroes are ready to trick-or-treat next week — safely, of course! 🚒

Here are a few quick costume safety tips for all the ghouls and goblins out there:
🖤 Make sure costumes are flame-resistant
🧡 Consider face paint instead of masks that could block vision
🖤 Add reflective tape or glow sticks so they shine bright on spooky streets
🧡Watch for long or loose clothing that could cause trips

Stay spooky, stay safe — and save us a piece of candy! 🍬👻

There's something about New Years Eve that allows us to look back fondly on the year that just passed, and gives us renewed hope for the year ahead. As you gather with friends and family, in whatever way you celebrate ushering in the New Year, we at U&H want to wish you all the happiness, good health and great adventure that 2025 has to offer! 🍾🎉

November 14 is . The first seat belt was created in 1855 - that's even older than we are! Do us a favour and be sure you take a second or two to buckle up as you head out on the road. 🚗 We all know seat belts prevent serious injury and save lives. It just makes sense... and we know you are sensible people.😀

As we approach holiday travel season and every season, be sure everyone buckles up. Everyone safely arriving will be worth celebrating!🎉

Today at 11am our team will gather together in our training room to watch the ceremony from Ottawa. Blessed to have the freedoms we do because of the bravery of those who served and continue to serve!

What a blast to have the whole team together for a full day of personal and professional development! Chris Moss: Human Performance Coach is such an expert facilitator, she kept us engaged all day.

We are taking U&H from good to great with sessions like these! We came out of it knowing a little more about ourselves and each other - all in the aim of serving our policyholders like nobody else!!
