Since I started selling Real Estate in 1991, I’ve negotiated more than 2,000 successful sales and received some of the highest honors in the industry. My wife Kari and I have been married for 32 years; we have both lived in the Cowichan Valley since we were kids. This has given us an unparalleled understanding of the properties, communities, neighborhoods, people, schools, organizations, trades, and business people that make this Valley such an incredible place to live. We have two beautiful daughters, Michelle (Husband Andrew) and Krystyna both registered nurses, and our proudest achievement has been watching these girls grow into incredible young women. In 2020 we were blessed with our first granddaughter Blake; we are having so much fun with her and can’t be happier. I’ll also be the first to tell you that without the support of my family, I would never have been able to help so many others over the years. I’m committed to a high level of communication with my clients; that has always been the top priority. I work to make them comfortable and spend time educating and listening to them, so that in the end, they can make their buying or selling decisions intelligently.
