📈$HD price has been going up today after strong numbers were posted yesterday. 📢The earnings report showed The Home Depot, Inc. beat both EPS (by 14.73%) and revenue (5.35%) for this quarter, and the news caused an almost 6 % jump in the $HD price.
Home Depot's earnings of $3.92 per share improved 23.3% from $3.18 and the revenue increased by 9.8% (36.82compared to 33.54B in Q32020) registered in last year’s 3rd quarter.

With the price of lumber declining and rising prices of new homes💲, the home renovation and DIY home improvement industries appear to have gained popularity among homeowners🔨.

📈The best performer of the past week was 🏔️ Basic Material, with a performance improvement of 2.93%. 📉On the other hand, Consumer Cyclical had a decline of 1.7%.

💻Technology (+0.6%), 🏗 Industrial (+0.58%), ☎️Communication Services (+0.25%), and 🛒Consumer Defensive (+0.01%) stayed green for the 4th week in a row, and 🏘 Real Estate’s performance stayed above zero(+0.01) for the second time this quarter.

Other sectors’ week over week performance did not improve and stayed in the red zone:

📉$FUBO has been on a downward trend since Tuesday after an underwhelming earning report for this quarter.
The shares price has dropped over 25% over the last couple of days after a -20.5% surprise was represented for the earnings of the quarter. 👎The Sports TV has been missing the earnings since the beginning of the pandemic, and this quarter was no exception.

Today however; the company announced that the Co-founder and CEO will be joined by the CFO to present and host one-on-one investor meetings at the RBC Capital Market Conference, and ROTH 10th Tech Event.🤵

fuboTV expects to end 2021 with 1.06 million to 1.07 million subscribers, better than the 927,000 subscribers analysts predicted.

📉$MRNA fell by 38% in November after the company’s underwhelming Q3 earnings were combined with Merck's ($MRK) announcement of development of an oral COVID-19 medication known as Molnupiravir.💊

Since the beginning of October, both $MRNA and $BNTX have been following a downward trend. 💉This is due to concerns about commercial relevance of these companies after their COVID-19 vaccines.😷

🤝 To battle these setbacks, Moderna has mentioned its plans to buy an additional source of revenue, but unfortunately, there are no obvious revenue-generating acquisition targets that would make a logical fit with the company's main expertise.

💰Despite exciting rumors of Moderna to be considering acquisition of a few gene-editing companies, the chances of $MRNA bouncing back seems to be very low.

📊Weekly sector performance, week ending Nov 5, 2021

📈This week, all sectors performed better than the week before. Consumer Cyclical had the most improvement in comparison with the previous week at 4.14%, and healthcare with 0.25% increase had the smallest week over week gain.

💉 In Healthcare, Moderna, Inc. share price ($MRNA) plummeted 31.35%. The story was not much different for BionTech SE ($BNTX, -22.28%), a direct competitor of Moderna.

Although big names such as 🚲Peloton Interactive Inc. ($PTON, -39.15%) and 🎰Penn National Gaming Inc. ($PENN, -13.74%) did not experience a good week, ✈️Consumer Cyclical had the best performance out of the 11 sectors this week. This was thanks to the top 3* performers of this week 🛁Bed Bath and Beyond ($BBBY +60.75%), Shake Shack Inc. ($SHAK, +31.52%), and 🛒Dillard’s Inc. ($DDS, +31.09%).

Other sectors’ week over week performance was as follows:
