That’s a wrap on our Ontario trip! We just finished two seminar sessions in Toronto and Brampton.

A big thank you to every family who took the time out of their weekend to sit down with us. Selling property back home from Canada comes with so many legal and tax questions, so having those face-to-face conversations at the in-person seminar was really valuable for all of us.

Exchange rates are one of the few factors that can materially influence the value an NRI eventually receives from India.

But they're also one of the hardest to predict.

Over time, the Indian Rupee has appreciated and depreciated against major global currencies at different points, affecting the amount NRIs receive when repatriating funds.
These movements are a normal part of currency markets and can influence the outcome of a property sale or investment exit.
