I believe everyone should try to own a piece of the earth. Sure, getting a mortgage is debt, but its a debt that encourages you to save and build equity. When I embarked upon my journey of owning a piece of this earth, I knew I was taking a step forward. From that point on mortgages became my true purpose, fulfilling my new dream of growing a small real estate empire.
