Some knowledge on the sugar maple to compliment the journey.

The sugar maple is one of the most durable species in the maple family and outlives most of its companions with a lifespan of 200 - 400 years. They love cold weather, making most of Canada an ideal habitat for them. For a sugar maple to live long, they need to go dormant in the winter months. A low-maintenance tree and a beneficial one for our environment, taking part in growing a sugar maple is an incredible way you can do your part in investing in our planet
