Some people may know me from Casa Della Pasta, or the couple who started Hot Shots Cafe in the Prestige hotel, maybe when we owned our construction company Marra construction, or Chantal's Vinyl Expressions or Chantal's Paths which I still currently do sensory paths for schools.

As an introvert who is a homebody, everyone says I need to share what I do with everyone I know so I guess it's time to share with everyone what I am doing these days! For the past 4 years, I have been a Mortgage Broker!

While helping over 100 families since starting, I love taking care of clients who are First time home buyers, Renewals or clients just buying and selling. I specialize in Refinances, Investment properties and so much more.

I have been told over the last 4 years to choose a niche but I can't, because I love all aspects of my job and believe that knowledge is power and I am always learning new strategies to help my clients.

Over the coming weeks, I plan to share more but for now I will share my new billboard on VanHorne Street in my home town Cranbrook, BC.
