This past Saturday, Jackie attended the 14th Annual Tickle Swim for Mental Health in her capacity as Chair of the Canadian Mental Health Association, where she had the opportunity to cheer on the swimmers and show her support for this incredible event.

What started as a single swim across “The Tickle” has grown into an incredible community event that brings people together to raise awareness for mental health and support the important connection between physical and mental well-being. The event is made possible through the dedication of volunteers, swimmers, kayakers, sponsors, and supporters who share a commitment to making a difference.
