Avoid on-trail mishaps with these safety tips

Whether you're heading out for hunting season, exploring new terrain, or returning to a favourite trail, preparation helps make every ride safer. Before heading out, plan your route, check trail conditions and inspect your ATV.

On the trail:

- Wear a helmet and protective gear

- Ride at a safe speed

- Stay on maintained routes

- Carry no more than the maximum number of passengers for your vehicle

- Ride with others

- Carry emergency supplies

- Avoid alcohol and cannabis

This month, we’re proud to showcase our business insurance client, Women’s House, a non-profit that provides safety and support to women and families in the Bruce and Grey County area. ​

In addition to crisis support, Women’s House also organizes fundraising events as well as awareness and education initiatives to help foster connections between volunteers, businesses and the community they support. ​
