Leanne joined Co-operators on September 3, 2024, stepping into the insurance industry and quickly proving just how much determination, care and hard work can accomplish.
Since joining Rose Ray Financial Services Inc. in 2025, Leanne has become an incredibly important part of our team.
She is thoughtful, diligent and always willing to step in and support both our clients and her colleagues. Through a year of change, growth and plenty of learning across the entire office, Leanne has consistently risen to the occasion with professionalism, grace and a great sense of humour.
Her contribution is also why we were so proud to recognize her as our Employee of the Year. 🏆

What a beautiful day for the Georgian Bay General Hospital Fundraising Golf Tournament! ⛳💙

We were so happy to be part of it and support another great local event bringing businesses, volunteers and community members together for an important cause.

Leanne and Nicole spent the day at our Co-operators booth meeting golfers, seeing familiar faces and enjoying everything the tournament had to offer.

A big thank you to the Segbay Chamber of Commerce and Tourism, the volunteers, sponsors and everyone who helped make the day such a success... and congratulations on another wonderful event in support of Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre !

We always enjoy getting out of the office and being part of what’s happening in the communities we serve. 💙

Back-to-school season can bring more changes than a new daily routine.

For some families, it may mean a student living away from home, taking a vehicle to school or carrying more belongings and technology with them. It can also bring new questions about how changing routines may affect existing home or auto coverage.

We have a lot to celebrate, and we’d love to celebrate it with you! 🎉💙

This summer marks one year with Co-operators for Rose Ray Financial Services Inc., and we’re also settling into our new office at 12 Sturgeon Bay Rd., Suite 1 in Coldwater.

To mark both milestones, we’re inviting our clients, neighbours and community to stop by for a Customer Appreciation BBQ on Saturday, August 15.

We’re pleased to be supporting the BBQ in partnership with the Coldwater Lions Club, with Rose Ray Financial Services Inc. sponsoring the food. The Lions Club will also have a donation bin available for anyone who would like to contribute.

And because every celebration needs cake, we’ll have that too. 🍰

The fun doesn’t stop at the BBQ! The Magical World of Faeries will be happening at the same time in Downtown Coldwater, and Rose and the team will be there too, with Rose creating her famous balloon animals. 🎈🧚‍♀️

We’re excited to be part of The Magical World of Faeries in Coldwater on Saturday, August 15.

If you look closely at the vendor list, you’ll see Rose Balloon, that’s us! 🎈

Rose will be there making balloon animals, and the team is looking forward to another fun evening in the village with local families, businesses and community partners.
