Meet Shalini, our Workflow Success Coordinator!✨

Shalini joined Ignite at the end of January and has quickly become an integral part of our team.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find her spending time with family, cooking, getting lost in a good book, watching horror movies, or exploring different genres of music.

Fun Fact: Shalini is a trained makeup and special effects (SPFX) artist with over 10 years of experience in the film industry right here in our own Hollywood North! She loves creating realistic monsters and bringing special effects to life through makeup and prosthetics.🎬👻

We asked her what she finds most rewarding about her role:
“ The most rewarding part of my job would be knowing that I play an integral part in helping our team cross the finish line on projects that are ultimately helping our clients achieve their business and/or personal financial goals.”

Meet Austen, one of our client managers!
Austen has been with Ignite since 2022, but his connection with the team goes back even further - he completed a summer internship with Tammie and Amber in 2018.

When he’s not helping clients, you can find him spending time with his daughter, carving up the slopes, working on his classic cars, catching a baseball game, or enjoying all things Star Wars.

We asked him what he finds most rewarding about his role:
“The most rewarding part of my job would be watching our clients grow and succeed. Being part of their journey, helping answer their questions, and supporting their growth. I enjoy creating and finding better, more efficient ways to do things, and then sharing those tools with my team and clients to make their lives easier.”
