Mortgage Manager - The Henry Mortgage Team

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Support and prepare clients for initial consultations (virtual & in-office)
• Research and identify suitable lenders
• Submit and manage mortgage applications
• Communicate with clients and partners to provide high-touch updates
• Review approvals and assist with signing
• Fulfill lender conditions and follow up with clients
• Uphold our 5-Star Client Experience in every interaction
💼 What You Bring:
• Active Mortgage Agent license
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage experience (2+ years is an asset)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems (Zoho, Filogix, Velocity are assets)
• Coachable and growth-oriented
💰 Compensation:
Base salary + commission
Full-time, regular hours
In-office position located at 2727 Courtice Road, Courtice
📅 Start Date: Immediate
