In my career, I focus on systems, strategy, and managing the pipeline. But those skills are truly put to the test running the "business" of this house!

With three older kids and a 6-month-old "new recruit," my wife and I are managing two full-time jobs. We're juggling school schedules, sports gear, late-night feedings, and dinner prep—it's high-level logistics, even if the "KPI" is just getting everyone to bed happy.

The truth is, the best management strategy is usually just laughter and unconditional love when the chaos breaks out. Wouldn't trade my team for anything.

Today's drive is fueled by gratitude. With four kids (including one 6-month-old!), the house is never quiet. The logistics are... well, let's just say it's like managing a very energetic, slightly sticky sales team. 😂
