Our office provides service in English and French. We are centrally located in Cheticamp and also travel to many of our customer’s homes and businesses as we serve most of Inverness and Victoria Counties on Cape Breton Island. This month, we’re excited to highlight The Broom Tree Foundation; a valued Co-operators client. This not-for-profit organization that provides women and their families with programs that address critical needs, including temporary and short-term housing, addiction and domestic violence support, and employment skills.

One of their greatest strengths is collaborating with other local businesses. Fellow Co-operators client supplies agricultural donations for Broom Tree’s café, while another of our clients, Wolf Creek Truck Wash, donates 100% of the bacon served there🥓. These partnerships help Broom Tree reinvest as much revenue as possible into their programs. Thanks to Co-operators Financial Advisor Jordan Schnoor for nominating his clients and sharing this wonderful story of community collaboration.
