Vision members, starting September 16, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be mandatory for all online banking users. 🔒

Keeping your banking information protected and secure is a top priority. As part of this commitment, Vision Credit Union, along with our Canada-wide partners, will be introducing MFA for online and mobile banking.

What this means for members:
➡️ MFA will be mandatory for all online banking users starting September 16.
➡️ The first time you log in after the update, you’ll be prompted to enroll in MFA. You can choose from push notifications, SMS authentication, voice call authentication or web authentication.
➡️ On the mobile app, this is typically a one-time setup. Once your device is marked as “trusted,” you won’t need to complete MFA each time you log in.
➡️ On a web browser, your trusted status expires after 12 hours, so MFA is typically required each time you log in this way.

Meet the winners of our Community Engagement Awards and the photos that got nearly two thousand votes in this year's photo contest:

✻ Friday, Sept. 18 | 10:00 pm to Sept. 19 at 4:00 am

➡️ On September 17, our partners at the Camrose Association For Community Living (CAFCL) will do the honours for the ninth year in a row, reviewing every photo and caption to choose our top three.

Our judges will be hard at work behind the scenes on judging day, so stay tuned to meet our winners!
