You can track your credit score without affecting it with an app like Credit Karma. Apps will share insight into how you can improve your score, like lower utilization, and never missing a payment.

Saving for your down payment can start small - put aside $100 a pay check with an auto deposit into your First Home Savings Account and reap the tax benefits and have $2600 a year extra saved.

And most importantly, contact a mortgage agent like myself, to get a pre-approval, because you never know you might already qualify for a mortgage, and if you don't we can help you get there.

Rate drops are coming in this morning! I’ve secured multiple clients lower rates already. Don’t miss out on the service level a broker can provide! When you work with a bank directly they won’t tell you about rate drops, they’d rather you pay the higher rate! Personalized service is the #1 reason to work with a broker.

Today is the day of the Burger and Beer Fundraiser. There are a handful of tickets left, so feel free to send us a message and we can hold one at the door for you!

Sunday Station provides a warm meal and a sense of community to many food insecure individuals in the Comox Valley. This last Sunday we served 95 individuals. The need is continuing to grow, and the costs of running the program are always increasing. This fundraiser will help us to expand to a larger trailer, and buy supplies for our weekly meal service.

Broadfork Duo will be playing music from 5-6pm and then you’re optionally welcome to participate in music bingo from 6-8pm.
