Who says enjoyment is only for when you’ve made all the money? 😂❤️

My dad came visiting, and let me tell you… we had a TIME! 💃🏾🥰

The laughter, the gist, the fun, the beautiful memories… my heart is FULL❤️

And somewhere between all the laughter, I was reminded of something.

Life is not just about making a living. It’s also about making memories.

Sometimes we’re so busy chasing the next goal, paying the next bill, and ticking things off our endless to-do lists that we forget to actually LIVE!

But abeg, what are we working so hard for if we can’t pause and enjoy the people we love? 😂

You can earn good money and still be financially confused.

Because a good salary doesn’t automatically come with a good financial strategy.

And for many of us, especially after moving to Canada, nobody handed us the manual.

We’re earning.
Paying bills.
Helping family.
Building careers.
Trying to enjoy small life. 😂

Meanwhile, the bigger questions are sitting quietly in the background:

Am I actually building wealth?
Is my income protected?

What exactly am I building for the next 10–20 years?

Every time your income goes up, your spending goes up with it. Better car. More shopping. More subscriptions. More “I deserve it.” 😂
