Did you know Fort St. John Rotarians have raised more than $70,000 for the Women's Resource Society since 2012 with the help of local families?

Let's continue adding to the tally, and have fun with Mum at this year's Rotary Mother’s Day Run!

The Rotary Club of Fort St. John is challenging all local families to get outdoors in May to run, walk, and scavenge through clues in honour of their moms and to support the Women’s Resource Society.

The 2021 Rotary Mother’s Day Run takes place May 2 to 15, and registration is now open for participants to take part in a safe and friendly 5K and 10K race.

A drive-thru fundraiser and city-wide family photo scavenger hunt on May 9 starting at Surerus Park at 11 a.m. There will be 30 locations around the city to visit and photograph to be entered into a draw for prizes. Families will need to bring a donation for the Women’s Resource Society anytime between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to receive the scavenger hunt list.

Registration for the 2021 Mother’s Day Run is $25, and participants can choose to do their 5K or 10K run anytime between May 2 to 15.
