Please help us congratulate our amazing team member Rachel on her 5-year anniversary with Haldimand Insurance!

When Rachel first joined our team in 2021, she was new to the insurance industry but brought a strong customer service background that quickly made her a valuable part of our team.

Over the past 5 years, Rachel has grown tremendously – becoming a licensed insurance broker, an Account Manager, and taking on a role in Sales. Most recently, Rachel stepped into her new role as a Commercial and Farm Account Manager – a position where her dedication to customer service and passion for continued education truly shine.

Rachel is not only committed to helping clients, but is also always willing to lend a hand to her teammates whenever needed. Her positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to support others make her an incredible asset to our office.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Rachel as part of our team and are excited to see all she continues to accomplish.
