回望 2025 年，我發現這一年不是關於業績數字，而是關於關係的深度。
這一年，我做得最多的，是：

- 幫助新客戶釐清自己真正需要的是什麼，而不是被推銷了什麼
- 幫助舊客戶真正理解 15 年前買下的保單——那些多年來一直繳費，卻從未被清楚解釋的保障

很多對話都不容易。
有人困惑，有人無奈，
但在一切講清楚之後，更多的是鬆一口氣的安心。

最令我感動的，不是任何一張保單，而是客戶對我說的一句話：
