We're pleased to announce the opening of Equiton's new office in Dallas, Texas, which will serve as the headquarters for our US real estate operations.

Located in the Trammell Crow Center in downtown Dallas, one of America's premier financial hubs, the office was selected for its strategic location and proximity to a dynamic market supported by long-term population and economic growth trends.

The new office will support our growing US platform, including acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investor-facing operations, while providing a foundation for future US-focused initiatives.

Awards may have one name on them, but they represent years of work behind the scenes.

Pictured are Ryan Donkers and Alan Dillabough, alongside a representative from CoStar Group following Maison Riverain's recent recognition.

Ryan led the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing of the transaction for the Apartment Fund, while also negotiating the co-ownership structure with our partner, Main + Main.

Alan worked closely with the Investments team during the opportunity sourcing and due diligence process and collaborated with our partner and operations teams on planning approvals, suite layouts, unit mix, and amenity offerings.

Maison Riverain's recent CoStar recognition reflects the efforts of many individuals across multiple teams. We're proud to celebrate the people whose expertise, collaboration, and dedication helped make the project a reality.
