I had the privilege of leading a DEI-focused leadership summit with our key financial advisor leaders across Eastern Canada. In a time when conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion can feel sensitive or even polarizing, our team leaned in with empathy, authenticity, and purpose.

We didn’t just talk about DEI—we built plans, shared strategies, and reflected deeply on how we lead. We challenged ourselves to be more human-centric, more aware, and more connected to the people and communities we serve.
