🇵🇹 Learning, connecting & evolving in Portugal.

Hans and Jesse recently had the opportunity to spend time in Portugal as part of a learning event with fellow advisors from across Canada.
While the setting was pretty incredible, the real value was the opportunity to learn from peers, share ideas and dive deeper into strategies that can make a meaningful difference for our Clients.
A few of the topics we explored included the intricacies of Buy-Sell Agreements, including the importance of having proper funding in place and unique tax planning opportunities for business owners.
These are the kinds of conversations that challenge us to think differently, sharpen our knowledge and ultimately become better at what we do.
Grateful for the experience, the people we learned alongside and the opportunity to always keep growing.

Jesse believes financial advice should be clear, practical and personal. Having started and sold two businesses herself, she understands both the excitement and the challenges that come with building something meaningful.
Outside the office, Jesse is a proud mom of two boys, wife, golf lover and very competitive Catan player. She also has a major soft spot for animals, especially her sphynx, Cleo.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Tracy is the person who keeps so much moving behind the scenes at Evolv.
From welcoming new clients and managing account and policy administration to improving processes, Tracy brings experience, precision and an incredible attention to detail to everything she does.
Tracy is mutual fund registered, has completed ETF proficiency training, and holds both the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Associate Customer Service (ACS) designations.

Outside the office, Carter is an avid traveller and passionate home cook, earning him the nickname “Chef Carter” around the team. Whether he is working with clients, testing a new recipe or exploring somewhere new, he brings the same curiosity and enthusiasm to everything he does.

From a young age, Hans Friedrich was fascinated by global markets, a passion that led him to earn his Business Economist accreditation from the Chamber of Commerce in Munich, Germany, in 2010.
Since moving to Canada in 2012, Hans has been helping individuals, families, and business owners make informed financial decisions. By combining a deep understanding of markets with thoughtful, tax-efficient strategies, he helps Clients grow and preserve their wealth with confidence.
Fluent in English and German, Hans is known for his calm, genuine approach and ability to simplify complex financial concepts. He lives in Welland with his wife, Carlin, and their four children, and enjoys training for triathlons and surfing the Great Lakes year-round.
