LAST DAY! 🥹❤️

Its been a very emotional day as I walked out of the agency for the last time as its owner.

The picture on the left is Lucas' 1st day, the picture on the right is my last day.

Thank you to my family, always supportive, never a moment of doubt even in the early years when things were financially hard. Always saying, "You got this". That gave me the strength to push through the tough times.

To my team (past & present), thank you for the opportunity for allowing me to be part of your own journey. It has been my privilege to work with you and help you build your careers. I wasn't perfect but my intentions always came from a good place. Thank you🙏

To my clients, thank you for the opportunity to help you and your families. Its a responsibility I took very seriously, thank you for your loyalty and trust.

Thank you to my Desjardins family, agents and corporate partners. I have learned so much from each of you and I'm grateful to be part of such an incredible organization.

Thank you to my brothers and sisters in Blue. Those 12 years shaped me into the person I am today. I haven't forgotten where my journey started. My mentality of never giving up started when I put on that uniform.

Feeling incredibly grateful today.

I’m excited to share that on March 1st, I will begin a new journey as Vice President, Business Development with the Desjardins Agent Network. After spending 17 years as a Desjardins Insurance Agent, I’ve had the privilege of seeing firsthand the passion, commitment, and heart our agents bring to their clients every single day.

Over the past decade, the relationship between our agents and our business partners has grown tremendously. I’m honoured to help build on that momentum. My focus is simple. Strengthen the connection between our agents and our business partners so that together, we continue delivering on the Desjardins promise of putting clients first in everything we do.

Every decision and every process has an impact on our agents, their teams, and ultimately the clients who trust us with their most important moments. I want to help bring clarity to the "why" behind our decisions because when agents understand the why, they can plan, adapt, and set themselves up for success.

As I’ve transitioned into this new role over the last couple of months, I’ve seen the dedication, hard work, and genuine care from our business partners. It reinforces how much we can achieve when we move forward together as One Desjardins.

I’m thankful. I’m energized. And I’m committed to helping our network grow stronger, united in purpose, aligned in vision, and driven by the same promise we’ve always lived by, putting our clients first.

2025 Council Of Excellence! 😊

For the 2nd consecutive year, the Agency was ranked the #1 Desjardins Agency in Ontario.🙏

Lucas and I couldn't be more proud of our team. Always positive, controlling what they can control and always making our clients their top priority.

For the 11th straight year, the Agency has qualified for the Desjardins Council of Excellence. The council consists of the top 40 agencies across Canada ranked in overall production (auto, property, commercial, and life insurance) while meeting all compliance, oversight, and quality standards.

The team surprised us with such a thoughtful gift. ❤️ The two Bills jerseys representing the year i started the agency '09 and the year Lucas will be taking over '26.

This team is special, they are kind, caring, have a strong work ethic and have a passion for helping people. I will miss spending my days with them after March 1st but I'm grateful to have been part of such a great team.

Lucas and I are blessed to be surrounded by this amazing team. 😊

I'm so grateful and my heart is full as I share that Lucas will be taking over 100% ownership and control of the family business on March 1st!

Lucas, you and I have been working towards this day for many years now. For you to take over something that I started from ground zero and is a reflection of 17 years of my life, is an absolute blessing. 🙏

You have earned the right to lead our team (soon to be your team), into the future. Your hard work, passion for learning and determination have set you up for success.

Lucas and I want to say thank you for all the lessons learned and challenges that 2025 brought our way. Beyond grateful for every single experience.

9th Annual "Dress Down Fridays" fundraiser for the Good Food Center at Mission Services Of Hamilton!

This year, these Desjardins agents and their amazing teams raised $8,000!! In 9 years we have raised $74,548.

I'm so thankful for the participation of this group every year. We all have a responsibility to help build stronger, more caring communities. In the world we live in, no one should go hungry but unfortunately, there are so many families struggling.

I believe we all have the ability to change the world, one small act of kindness at a time. 😊🙏❤️

Team Member Connection 2025!

Grateful for our corporate partners for organizing such an eventful day for our team members. The day was high energy, skills & confidence building and making connections among other agency team members.

The day covered different topics such as commercial prospecting, relationship management and development and industry insights.

Iain and Nicole enjoyed the day and returned to the office inspired and motivated. I appreciate both of you attending and participating. I heard a lot of great feedback about both of you which doesn't surprise me. 😁

Very grateful for the partnership with our corporate partners and for having amazing team members. Working together to be the best version of ourselves so we can serve our clients to the best of our abilities.
