STAN DARLING EASTER COLOURING CONTEST
Spring is around the corner and we want to celebrate with a fun colouring contest for kids ages 5-12 in the Bracebridge, Burk's Falls, Gravenhurst, Sundridge and surrounding areas. Colouring templates are available in any of our 4 offices and official rules listed below.

Official Easter Colouring Contest Rules
1. Contest Overview
The Easter Colouring Contest is sponsored by Stan Darling Insurance Inc. The Contest invites participants to showcase their creativity by colouring an Easter-themed template provided by the Sponsor. The Contest begins on April 7th, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST and ends on April 23rd, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. By participating, entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if under 19) agree to these Official Contest Rules and the Sponsorโs decisions, which are final and binding.
2. Eligibility Criteria
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canda who are between and including the ages of 5 &12 age at the time of entry. Participants under the age of 19 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter, and the parent/guardian must submit the entry on their behalf. Two categories Ages: 5-8 & 9-12
3. Entry Methods
To participate, entrants must follow these steps:
1. **Obtain the Template**: Pick up the official Easter Colouring Contest template from one of our 4 office locations โ 1. 345 Ecclestone Dr., Unit #20 Bracebridge, On P1L 1T8, 2. 178 Ontario Street, Burkโs Falls, On P0A 1C0, 3. 131 Bay Street Gravenhurst, ON P1P 1V1 and 4. 103 Main Street East, Sundridge, On P0A 1Z0 during the Contest Period.
2. **Colour the Template**: Use crayons, markers, pencils, or other traditional colouring tools (digital colouring is not permitted) to complete the template.
3. **Submit the Entry**: Choose one of the following methods:
**In-Person**: Drop off the completed template at Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Burkโs Falls or Sundridge offices with the entrantโs name, age, and parent/guardianโs contact information. By April 23rd, 2025
**Mail**: Mail the completed template to [Mailing Address] in an envelope postmarked by April 21, 2025, and received by April 23, 2025, with the entrantโs name, age, and parent/guardianโs contact information included.
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
Entries must be the original work of the entrant and not copied or traced from other sources. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or damaged will be void.
4. Prize Descriptions and Values
Prize baskets will be easter baskets of varying values under $25.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
5. Deadlines
**Contest Period**: Entries must be submitted between April 7, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST and April 23rd, 2025, at 5:00pmEST.
Winner Notification Potential winners will be notified by email (or phone, if provided) on or about April 25th, 2025.
Response Deadline: Potential winners (or their parent/guardian) must respond within 72 hours of notification with any requested information (e.g., mailing address) or forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Winner Selection Process
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor, based on the following criteria:
- Creativity (40%): Use of imaginative colours and patterns.
- Effort (30%): Attention to detail and completeness.
- Easter Theme (30%): How well the entry reflects the spirit of Easter.
Judging will take place on or about April 24th, 2025 at 9:00am. In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest score in "Creativity" will prevail.
The odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be contacted via email (or phone, if provided) and, if under 19, their parent/guardian must confirm eligibility and prize acceptance.
7. Additional Material Terms
- **Parental Consent**: For entrants under 19, a parent or legal guardian must submit the entry and agree to these rules on their behalf. The Sponsor may request proof of consent.
Ownership and Publicity: By entering, participants (or their parent/guardian) grant the Sponsor permission to display their entry, name, age, and likeness for promotional purposes or social media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Liability Release: Entrants release the Sponsor, its affiliates, and related parties from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
Disqualification: The Sponsor may disqualify entries that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate these rules or copyright laws.
Cancellation: The Sponsor may cancel or modify the Contest if unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fraud or technical issues) compromise its fairness, with no liability to entrants.
Privacy: Personal information will be used only for Contest purposes and not shared except as needed to deliver prizes or comply with law.
