Proud to Be Part of Our Community! 💙

Our very own Darren Lipsett, recently sat down for an interview on the Gail Force Wings podcast at the 2026 Atlantic Insurance Brokers Convention!

Darren shared his journey in the insurance industry, from starting as an underwriter to joining the family business and becoming the owner in 2018.

For Darren, success is about more than business — it’s about teamwork, building relationships, and doing what’s right for our clients. With a dedicated team of 11, we take pride in treating our people like family, advocating for our clients, and supporting the communities we serve.

Darren also spoke about the importance of giving back to the industry, mentoring future generations, and embracing new challenges and opportunities as insurance continues to evolve.

We’re proud to be part of an industry that makes a real difference in people’s lives, and grateful for the relationships that help us continue to grow and serve our community.

Thank you to the Gail Force Wings podcast for the great conversation and for highlighting the people and leadership behind our industry!

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

What a fantastic day we had on the Eastern Star out of Lunenburg! The weather was perfect and we had just the right amount of wind to get a good lean on.

A huge thank you to our amazing team for what they do everyday. We are so happy we got to treat you all and have a little fun outside of the office together. We appreciate you all!

(Only one cellphone was lost in the ocean during this adventure.) ;)

The day ended with a delicious dinner on the waterfront.
