Getting an insurance renewal doesn't mean you have to accept the price.
Before automatically renewing, consider:

1. Shop the market — different insurers can view the same risk differently.
2. Review your coverage — make sure your limits, deductibles and endorsements still make sense.
3. Update your broker — changes to your home, vehicle, drivers, claims or circumstances can affect your policy.

And remember: the cheapest quote isn't always the best policy. Compare the coverage, exclusions and deductibles along with the price.

A lot of people don't realize they're overpaying for insurance. They renew every year without questioning it — because it's easier that way.

Umran & Serkan were in that same spot. They came to me, we went through their options together, and I found them a much better price. Now they wish they'd done it sooner.
