If you hadn't noticed- rates are movin' and showing no signs of slowing down. This is NOT the time to PANIC peeps. We are inching closer to a recession and if you didn't already know, rates tend to DECREASE in a recession. Economists are predicting by Q4 of next year, we will likely start to see the rates cooling off and possibly start to move downward. If you move into a fix rate right now you will be increasing your monthly payment by roughly $100 for every 100K borrowed. Ride the variable wave, especially if you are in a static variable mortgage as you won't see your monthly payment increase. Only your percentage of payment going towards principal and interest 🤝🏻

2. Are your taxes up to date?
3. Has my income been impacted by the pandemic?
4. If I am less than 2 years self-employed can I still get a mortgage?
