Asheley Taker's name was offered on to us over a year ago, and lo and behold, on a whim we decided to book some time with her to grapple with the hopelessness of ever owning a home. We stepped in to TMG and were treated so very kindly by all folks in the office, right before Asheley, Maureen, and Maria (our trio of wonder) worked their magic, entirely confident in our ability to DO THIS! And we did. A day later we had a house viewing, and history was made from there. Two and a half blurry months later and I'm sitting in my new home office on our dream property.

Buying a house is a huge life shift, and we were so very fortunate to connect with TMG, who ran with our vision and never looked back. Thank you so, so much - who knew from that fateful day in February that spring would bring us such a new start!

Last month I was awarded with being in the top 10% Nationally with TMG. An award I am honoured to be recognized for. I'm super proud at how hard we worked to get there and I thank everyone who has supported me. These past few years have been a rollercoaster and it seems as though the ride isn't quite over but I look forward to taking on the challenges of 2023. A special Thank you to Maria Robinson, I couldn't do this without her!!

"Asheley is the third mortgage broker we've used over the years and, by far, the best one! Responsive, professional, and personable, she explained the ins and outs of what was required from us without using a bunch of industry jargon. She negotiated a deal for us that fit our needs and wants with an interest rate that had even our lawyer impressed. (lawyer mentioned how good it was no fewer than three times, haha) Even better, Asheley didn't even blink an eye when we explained we're in BC, buying in NS, but not moving until next year. So, for those who aren't local, she is tech-friendly! Her assistant, Maria, was very helpful as well and kept the paperwork moving. (even sent over a "mortgage cheat sheet" with all of our details so I don't have to make my own) That level of thoughtfulness and efficiency is rare and deeply appreciated! "
