In order to deliver high quality customer service, we feel that each client should be serviced by a dedicated Account Manager who is assigned to handle their account. The Account Manager becomes familiar with the individual needs of each client and provides education on their insurance portfolio. They will review the coverage each client currently has, but more importantly, they will recommend coverage that may be available to ensure greater protection. Being familiar with each client’s account also means that our Account Managers can help a client to manage their claims experience in a way that balances protection of assets with the impact a claim will have on their policy and insurance record. Our Account managers will also act as claims advocates to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and to help shepherd their clients through the claims process.
