May was full of long days, emotional moments, celebrations, problem solving, and so many families trusting me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I’m incredibly grateful for every client who chose me to guide them through the home buying process, and for every realtor partner who continues to trust me with their people. This business is about so much more than mortgages to me. It’s about relationships, trust, and showing up for people during important moments in their lives.

One of my favorite parts about what I do is that so many clients turn into real friendships. I never take that for granted. Thank you for all of the support, referrals, conversations, laughs, and teamwork this month. I truly have the best people around me.

A bank can only offer you one product. If you don’t fit into their box, the answer is usually no.

But a no from one bank does not mean a no from every lender.

As a mortgage agent, we have access to multiple lenders with different guidelines and products that may better suit your situation and financial goals.

It’s also not just about getting approved. The right mortgage product matters too, and a mortgage agent’s job is to help make sure you’re set up properly for your needs now and long term.

Not every situation needs to turn into a deal.

An older gentleman came to me while his wife was in the hospital.
He was given incorrect information from his bank and just needed guidance.

I could have moved him.
I could have made him upload documents and switch everything over.

I didn’t.

He didn’t want to change banks.
He wanted clarity.

So I helped him, corrected the information, and kept him exactly where he wanted to be.

He later referred his daughter to me as a first time home buyer.
That’s how I do business.
