Being surrounded by top agents, leadership, and forward-thinking professionals from across the globe was a powerful reminder of what’s possible in this business when you’re in the right environment.

Day 2 at eXpcon in Vancouver was a big one.

The focus shifted from motivation to ex*****on — real strategies, real systems, and conversations that actually move the needle in business.

What stood out most is how the top agents operate:
They’re not scattered. They’re structured. Everything they do has intention behind it.

A few key takeaways I’m bringing back with me:

* Consistent, disciplined follow-up

Day 1 at eXpcon in Vancouver and I’ll be honest—it exceeded expectations.

The energy in the room, the conversations, and the level of thinking being shared… it’s a different environment when you surround yourself with people who are all pushing to grow.
