We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk to join our insurance brokerage team.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointments
Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records
Prepare and organize office documents and files
Support brokers and office staff with administrative duties
Provide excellent customer service in a professional office environment

Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Excellent typing and data entry accuracy
Basic computer and office software knowledge
Professional and friendly attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Office experience is an asset
Insurance industry experience is an asset but not required
