NewViews users who use Gmail accounts to send email through NewViews may have encountered some issues recently. This is due to some changes to Google policies as of May 30, 2022. There is a straightforward fix, however, that enables you to send email through NewViews using your Gmail account while ensuring the account is protected with 2-step verification.

In Ontario, there have been changes to Utility Allowances for 2019 that impact RGI calculations. These will be incorporated into the next update for NewViews for Non-Profit Housing. In the meantime, NewViews NPH users can use the Utilities Override field found on the Utilities tab for RGI information.
