Working as a mortgage broker and assisting clients with their mortgage needs can be a stressful job at times. It involves having to work early mornings, late days and some weekends. You have to be able to help your client navigate through the whole process while working on tight timelines and managing multiple other factors and parties involved such as appraisers, lawyers, realtors, families...ect. Rarely do we do this with hopes of getting praise...but more on the hopes of building good longterm relationships with our clients and ultimitaly to help them to accomplish their goals and dreams of home ownership or assisting them with some financial restructuring. It was nice to receive this email of appreciation from our recent client and helps myself and our team to remember why we put in all the extra work and effort and the difference we can make for our clients!!
Hello Jim,
I just wanted to drop you a note to say how grateful I am to you and your team for helping me navigate my first home purchase. It was incredibly more stressful than I was prepared for and I’m glad it’s over.
I was worried that I would never be able to move back home and this purchase has alleviated the stress of that. Thank you for your patience, your time, and skills. You saved me a lot of money by getting me the 5% down payment, for that I am eternally grateful.
Take care and thank you again!!!
