OVERSPRAY on vehicle.
Be cautious when a contractor or responsible party offers to pay for their mishaps.
Wash the car first like you slways do. If it doesnt come off, go to s REPUTABLE body shop and get their opinion. They have a special wash process that may get it off.
The key is the clear coat. If not done properly then the entire car might have to be painted. The shop will tell you which way to go. Then you can proceed with ins or not
