We have an excellent opportunity available as a Vehicle Delivery Specialist. We assist clients with their vehicle buying needs and deliver the vehicle directly to their door! Our Team is a group of hard working professionals who are passionate about vehicles and embrace a friendly and fun atmosphere!
A Vehicle Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to client’s door throughout the Maritimes in a safe and professional manner. They must be able to complete an explanation of vehicle features, warranty and maintenance schedule to clients. A Vehicle Delivery Specialist must maintain customer satisfaction to the highest levels with each and every delivery. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, articulate, familiar with technology, and has patience to teach. This position will require in many cases having the clients sign legal paperwork and be responsible to safely and carefully return that paperwork to our office.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain and utilize a collection of technology information and resources to assist in explanations.
2. Assist customers in the delivery of their vehicles and personalize those deliveries to their needs.
3. Demonstrate vehicles features, technical and dynamic systems, and controls.
4. Introduce and explain quick guides and online resources for more in-depth information..
5. Maintain a log of all customer deliveries.
6. Pro-actively collaborate with the Finance department to assist customers with their concerns by appointment.
7. Oversee deliveries for the Finance team ensuring proper information is explained, obtained and secured.
8. Any other related responsibilities as assigned by Management.
