Fingers crossed this is the last one for a while 🤞 😅

Since March 2022 we have seen nothing but increases when it comes to the Bank of Canada Rate Announcements. During this time, Prime increased from 2.70% to today's new rate of 6.70% 📈

Even though many of us were expecting this 0.25% increase, it's still important to understand how this may impact you🏠

On a $500k insurable mortgage, the payment would increase by roughly $78/m 🏦

Keep in mind, fixed rates are currently lower than variable rates. 📉 We can explore which product may be better suited for you and your short/long term plans. 📝
