Good Driver update
Under the revised Good Driver criteria, eligibility for the 7.5% cap requires that drivers have no:

at-fault claims in the previous six years
criminal code convictions in the previous four years
major convictions in the previous three years
minor convictions in the previous three years.

A good driver is now defined as anyone who does not have any of the following:

• An at-fault accident in the last 6 years
• A Criminal Code traffic conviction in the last 4 years
• A major traffic conviction in the last 3 years
• A minor traffic conviction in the last 3 years

NOTE: with the basis of insurance being everyone puts their money in a pot and those who need it, take it out - and they experienced major fires, floods and hail last summer alone - there is no where for premiums to go except up! We haven’t even felt the full effects of inflation yet and certainly can't imagine how Trump's tariffs will trickle down!
