Ashdown Capital recently hosted our inaugural golf tournament in support of the BC Children's Hospital Foundation. Together, we raised $16,475.

We are so thankful to have access to this covered patio for outdoor group rides from now until the end of May as the PHO have been extended for no indoor group classes. The biggest love to our neighbours Ashdown Capitol Ashdown Capital for allowing us to use their amazing space!

All COVID protocols are in place, and the bikes are 3 metres apart. We ask you please wear your mask on your bike until your instructor lets you know when you can safely remove them.
