First National Bank Botswana (FNBB) was registered in 1991, as a wholly owned subsidiary of First National Bank Holdings (Botswana). Various acquisitions led to the Bank becoming a listed entity on the Botswana Stock Exchange in 1993. As at December 2011, FNBB is the largest company on the Botswana Stock Exchange by capitalization. The Bank has the largest balance sheet of all the Banks in Botswana totalling P12 billion and the largest advances book of all the Banks in Botswana over P8 billion. Despite being the newest entrant of the four largest banks in the country, FNBB has, with over 20 years of operation, become the most profitable Bank in Botswana with the most diversified balance sheet structured to achieve sustainable profits in all economic conditions.

NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS

Please be advised that, effective today, Friday 16th October 2026, FNB Head Office, First Place C*D, Gaborone parking area will be fully closed to clients due to ongoing construction works until further notice. Clients that require parking are advised to make use of FNB allocated parking spaces at Mogobe Plaza for alternative parking.

The Bank is committed to keeping everyone informed and minimising disruptions as much as possible throughout the project. We will continue to provide updates as developments arise.

While visiting the premises, kindly:
- Observe all construction and safety signage.
- Use alternative parking areas, walkways, and access routes.
- Keep clear of barricaded and restricted construction areas.
- Follow guidance from onsite and security personnel.
- Exercise additional caution when moving around the premises and parking areas.
