As BA ISAGO University celebrated its Silver Jubilee and 21st Graduation Ceremony, Bank Gaborone was proud to have been part of this milestone, honouring 25 years of academic excellence and achievement.

As Connectors of Positive Change, we believe in recognising excellence and supporting the next generation of leaders. Through a P10,000 contribution, we celebrated the outstanding achievements of two graduates:

Olorato Hazel Alefeng – Bachelor of Science in Safety, Health and Environmental Management.

Keneilwe Sedisa – Master of Science in Environmental Health.

Bank Gaborone is proud to announce the appointment of Tsaone Raboloko as Managing Director, effective 9 October 2026, following the successful conclusion of the Bank’s recruitment process and regulatory approval.

Having served the Bank in several senior leadership roles, including Head of Risk & Compliance, Chief Financial Officer, and most recently Acting Managing Director, Tsaone brings a wealth of institutional knowledge, leadership experience, and strategic insight to the role.

His appointment comes at an important time in the Bank’s journey as we continue to build on the progress achieved through our turnaround strategy, strengthen our foundations, and position the Bank for sustainable growth and long-term success.

As we enter this new chapter, we remain committed to creating lasting value for our customers, employees, shareholders, and the communities we serve.
