Position: Assistant Broker
π Location: Office Building, Fairgrounds, Gaborone
π° Salary: Very Competitive
π Probation Period: 3 Months
Requirements:

Bachelorβs Degree in Risk Management & Insurance(essential)
β
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β
Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
β
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
β Preference will be given to recent graduates
Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Conduct risk assessments and analyze policy options
πΉ Liaise with clients and insurers to ensure smooth transactions
πΉ Support in preparing and processing insurance documentation
πΉ Maintain and update client records with accuracy and confidentiality
πΉ Assist in claims processing and follow-ups with insurers
πΉ Provide administrative support, including policy renewals and endorsements
πΉ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and policy changes
πΉ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
πΉ Assist in preparing reports and presentations
