Position: Assistant Broker
📍 Location: Office Building, Fairgrounds, Gaborone
💰 Salary: Very Competitive
🕒 Probation Period: 3 Months
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management & Insurance(essential)
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
⭐ Preference will be given to recent graduates
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct risk assessments and analyze policy options
🔹 Liaise with clients and insurers to ensure smooth transactions
🔹 Support in preparing and processing insurance documentation
🔹 Maintain and update client records with accuracy and confidentiality
🔹 Assist in claims processing and follow-ups with insurers
🔹 Provide administrative support, including policy renewals and endorsements
🔹 Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and policy changes
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
🔹 Assist in preparing reports and presentations
