BookBay is a start-up bookstore that will be located in Gaborone. It will be a prime goal of BookBay Management to draw more customers through low prices, a selection of products that customers want, a competitive variety of services (i.e. The company will have a website that will have a list of all of the books that are in store listed in it, this for customers to
browse and see if the books they want are in store before coming in to buy. Also it will have a suggestion where customers will be able to post about the books that they want in store. This will then enhance the bookstore services as it will be more attached to its customers via their suggestion. Company
BookBay will be a limited liability corporation registered in the city of Gaborone. The company will be owned by Mr. Letsweletse Frank Mogare, a former student of the Botswana Accountancy College. Letsweletse Frank Mogare is establishing this firm as a growth-oriented in order to boost his career, continue meeting people with similar interests. BookBay will be establishing its store in one of the busiest sections of Gaborone, in any busy mall that is available in the city. The area will be well known for its upscale residents and high-quality establishments. Our facility will have lager space with well-furnished spaces to accommodate more stock for customer’s convenience.
