This is what happens when you, care about your mental health. In forex many people think it's about making millions everyday! But the truth is forex rewards long term players! Not short term traders who only want money.

What you have to understand about the market, is that it will always go back to it's range. It won't always go back to it's starting point but it will always, go back to that zone! That is why patience in forex is survival.

If you can look at food prices in stores, they always spike to a certain point and go back to the, range it started from. That is why there are food specials in shops of what you buy. "Milk is on sale, get it for P18 instead of P25". The next special will not be the exact rate but it will, be on that zone or range.

Forex works like that. That is called flactuations!
I just opened the whole forex play book in a minute. Just be patient, and have risk management! And erase fear from your heart.

The fastest way of losing your spark, as a forex beginner is following many traders. This confuses you and makes you, question your worth and your identity in the charts.
