The fundamental may push for another retest for which we may see the pattern fail to hold or continue pushing lower violating demand zone. I personally will take a trade at the neckline or below demand zone if it fails to hold.

To trade effectively. You need to understand direction price is moving and the structure of the market. Understand the markets works with supply and demand. When the price is too high no one wants to buy so it has to come down to attract more buyers . At that point you look for selling signals in the short term and target discounted levels before continuing to the upside.

A very expensive lesson to stay away from the market during high impact news. Was waiting to enter a GBPAUD long trade during this month’s CPI and triggered and Hit Stoploss in 4 seconds violating a rule that states that I should hold a trade for at least 10 seconds. In total this cost me an 18k payout. Had I stayed away I would be having a 22k withdrawal. When trading prop firms being profitable is not enough. You have to be a professional. It’s a hard one but it’s a lesson learned.

The USD maintains a bullish sentiment after NFP move reacted an discount zone. Advice is to look for longs on USD### and Shorts on ###USD some pairs like the USDCAD have already formed reversal pattern after NFD fundamentals sweeper sell side liquidity. Otherwise will for ahead on CPI these moves will be quick and sometimes unnoticeable as the is only 2 days left for the moves to solidify.
