The 15th Annual Geriatric Push-A-Thon is officially underway.😆

We were pleased to join the Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre for the launch of this year's event and the announcement of Dr Channa Jagadeesh as patron, a retired gerontologist.

Under the theme, "Out of Bed, Full Speed Ahead," this year's Push-A-Thon continues to shine a light on the importance of supporting our seniors and encouraging active, healthy living.

As title sponsor, we look forward to standing alongside the Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre as the community comes together for this worthy cause on July 4.

Designed with technology at its core, the space reflects our commitment to making it easier for clients to access information, manage their policies, and connect with us when they need support.

The opening was attended by CEO Emanuel Alexiou, Superintendent of Insurance Dana L. Munnings-Gray, COO Marcus Bosland, VP of Life Operations and Sales DeAndrea Lewis, company executives, branch managers, team members, and invited guests.

Congratulations to the students of the Erin H. Gilmour School for the Blind and Visually Impaired who were recognized at Thursday’s Honour Roll Assembly!

Colina was proud to celebrate alongside these outstanding students as Maxine Seymour, Director of Corporate Communications, presented talking watches to honour roll recipients. Designed to support greater independence in everyday life, the watches are the latest in a series of assistive devices gifted by Colina. At a previous Honour Roll Assembly, students received mobile phones to help them stay connected and navigate daily life with greater confidence.

Our partnership with the school extends beyond the classroom. Last summer, Colina team members spent time with students on weekly educational field trips and activities, creating opportunities to learn, explore, and build lasting connections.

These remarkable young people continue to demonstrate that disabilities need not be barriers to achievement, ambition, or success. We are proud partners of the Erin H. Gilmour School and wish every student continued success in all they do.🙌🏾
