You can report an auto accident as soon as it occurs. There’s no need to wait for a Police Report to get started. Waiting can actually delay the process.

Choose the claim reporting option that works best for you:
1. Call 32-FIRST to make arrangements to visit our office so a claims advisor can guide you through the claim process.
2. Submit an email to: [email protected] providing the following details:
• the date of the accident
• your name and contact information
• a brief description of the incident
• any other information you feel may be of use in the claim process
