Step-by-step process and professional fees:
1. Contract signing and initial consultation: USD 600
2. Apply for CPF (Brazilian Social Security Number) for you and your spouse. After approval, you collect it at the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate near you: USD 850
3. You send a Power of Attorney. We open your company and bank account in Brazil. After company opening: USD 850
4. We submit your investment plan for government approval. After approval: USD 850
5. After approval, we identify investment options for you. When you travel to Brazil to inspect and make the investment
6. After the investment, we apply for your residency permit. After approval, you will collect the Investor Visa (VIPER) abroad and return to Brazil for fingerprints and ID cards. When receiving the ID cards in Brazil: USD 850

Requirements:
1. You must travel to Brazil once for documentation and investment.
2. After obtaining permanent residency, you must stay in Brazil for at least 2 weeks every 2 years to maintain residency.

Timeline:
Approximately 6 months for residency approval (for investor, spouse, and children under 18).
